You
would have never thought that Lying is
difficult. But yes, it is. This is because you don’t have direct control over
your Subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind controls our body language which
lets others know that you are lying. So if you are good enough to control your
Subconscious mind, even a body language expert can’t find out your LIE.
When
you lie, you think of the TRUTH and create a LIE on your own. While you lie,
the words what you speak and thoughts in your subconscious mind Clash with each
other. Because of this lie the subconscious mind sends out nervous energy to
various parts of our body which appears as a GESTURE or some movement of any
part of your body.
1.
You must practise what feels like the right
gestures when you lie, but this is only successful when you practise telling lies with
appropriate gestures.
2.
Avoid exposing your gestures. But it is very
difficult to completely eliminate your gestures. This is not very easy.
Even if you suppress your major body gestures,
many micro-gestures will be transmitted which appears on your face. Only few
people can notice these micro-gestures whom we call experts. These
micro-gestures include facial muscular twitching, expansion and contraction of
pupils, sweating at the brow, flushing of the cheeks, increased rate of eye
blinking and numerous other minute gestures that signal deceit. Research using
slow motion cameras show that these micro-gestures can occur within a split
second.
The easiest way to lie is to have your body hidden or out of sight. Naturally, telling lies is easier if
you are sitting behind a desk where your body is partially hidden, or while
peering over a fence or behind a closed door. The best way to lie is over the
telephone!
This is why police interrogation involves placing the suspect on a chair
in the open or placing him under lights with his body in full view of the
interrogators; his lies are much easier to see under those circumstances.
