You would have  never thought that Lying is difficult. But yes, it is. This is because you don’t have direct control over your Subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind controls our body language which lets others know that you are lying. So if you are good enough to control your Subconscious mind, even a body language expert can’t find out your LIE.

When you lie, you think of the TRUTH and create a LIE on your own. While you lie, the words what you speak and thoughts in your subconscious mind Clash with each other. Because of this lie the subconscious mind sends out nervous energy to various parts of our body which appears as a GESTURE or some movement of any part of your body.
