Whatever you BURN turns BLACK - Why??

           Whatever you Burn, let it be a piece of Paper, wood,  plastic, cloth or even Human skin. The original colour disappears and it always turns to BLACK. And also the smoke is always Black. Why is this so?? What makes all these things turn BLACK? I will explain that to you. In short it because of CARBON. The reason is so simple but it took a couple of days for me to find the answer. The explanation follows.

Why do we have GEARS in Cars and Bikes??

           We all know about GEARS in cars and bikes.We also know what gears do.The speed of your vehicle increases as you change the gears.But why should we do so?? Do you know why GEAR bikes are cheaper than AUTO GEAR bikes?

          

            When you start your bike or car, you start with the FIRST GEAR. If you start with higher gears your engine will stop.Why does your car or bike engine switches off when you try to start it in higher gears??You will find the answer for all these questions in this post.

       

What's this "QUARTZ" written on your WATCH??

           Have you read this word "QUARTZ" anywhere?? Yes, you should have surely read it on your WATCH or your WALL CLOCK. But have you ever thought why this is written here? On seeing this word I thought it was the name of the company which made the CLOCK but I was confused to see this "QUARTZ" written on many watches of different companies.

             Only then I decided to know the reason why its written and found out that its not the name of company or a person but its name of the TIMING TECHNOLOGY which is used in that WATCH to show the TIME. Now, I will tell you in detail what exactly this QUARTZ is.

A Tank FULL of FUEL will never EXPLODE - Why??

You should have seen someone throwing match sticks inside the Petrol/Diesel tank of Vehicles or some huge tanks in many movies after which an EXPLOSION takes place. Will this action of just dropping a small match stick explode the whole tank??

                 

                 An  Interesting fact is, the chances of explosion is less when the tank is completely filled with fuel and there are MORE chances of a BLAST if the FUEL present in the tank is LESS.In brief, the chances for the tank to explode depends upon the quantity of fuel (COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL) present and the SIZE of the TANK.
